Our client helps enterprises quickly access purpose-built, fully managed, lower cost, agile and innovative software development, testing and operational support teams - they do that by providing world-class software engineering professionals through their nearshore technology centers. They are on a mission to modernize the biotech and medical devices industry by helping clients build smart, digitally adept and technologically advanced products.

They have built a steady book of business by landing some major clients and are now looking to scale up their sales capacity. This individual will be working closely with the Head of Sales to develop a green territory and be comfortable with hunting new logos. Typically, you will be targeting the R&D department as they are the decision makers with other C-Suite individuals being influencers along the way.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create consultative partnerships with customers and seek to solve difficult customer challenges
  • Actively build a pipeline of net new logos
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize bookings and revenue
  • Execute the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, demand creation, sales process and close
  • Promote, present and sell using solid value-based arguments, to prospective clients
  • Represent the client at trade shows and other relevant events

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales
  • Experience selling nearshoring solutions a huge asset
  • Demonstrated experience of building a new territory and ability to hunt new logos
  • History of quota attainment
  • Great communication skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • University degree in any related field an asset

COMPENSATION:


  • Base: 120k-125k base
  • Uncapped commission structure
