Our client is one of the very few providers of end-to-end support through their Commerce, Customer Experience, Cloud, MDM and Insights solutions - currently they are developing two new categories: Supply Chain and Cybersecurity. Due to recent growth and continued funding they have made strategic hires to strengthen their leadership team and are on a constant lookout for top talent.

They have asked Allan Gomes of TalentHunt to assist them in their search for an Enterprise Account Executive with a hunters mindset to add to their team. This is a remote role based out of Canada but will need the ability to travel within Canada or USA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop strategies to identify and penetrate new logos within a set of net new named accounts
  • Prospect and develop direct new client relationships, converting leads into opportunities and into closed new accounts and revenue
  • Develop long term C-level relationships, strong governance and top-to-top partnerships
  • Innovate with key accounts and identify co-innovation opportunities
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Cross-sell across accounts, incorporating Managed Services, Professional Services, Partners and Channels
  • Lead and develop the client account team while meeting or exceeding account growth targets
  • Share insights and best practices with other members and encourage the culture of learning throughout the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions with majority of it to enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment in the last 3 to 5 years
  • Demonstrated ability to self generate leads with minimal support
  • Demonstrated experience of building a new territory and ability to hunt new logos
  • Great communication skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • University degree in any related field an asset

COMPENSATION:


  • Base: 80k to 125k
  • Uncapped commission structure - 50/50 split
  • Comprehensive benefits package
