Once we have identified a strong candidate pool, the TalentHunt team will meet candidates face-to-face, collect references, perform background checks, and use assessment tools to determine the best fit for your organization.

3. Talent Pool Management

Once you select your pool of candidates, we manage the process to ensure momentum and a smooth search. Meetings are scheduled, feedback is provided, offers presented and negotiated, and on-boarding planned and scheduled. We continue to keep our eye on the market during the process to ensure we are engaged with all relevant candidates. We value communication with you throughout the whole process, done digitally through an ATS or by weekly debriefing calls.
